There’s an urgency these days…God’s work is hastening but so is the adversary’s. We have seen such an uptick in chaos since 2020 and time isn’t slowing down anytime soon!
I see the anxiety in families, especially in mothers and their youth.
Moms are thinking, “Am I doing enough? Are my kids going to be ok? I feel so worn out…”

Today’s Latter-day Saint women are navigating more pressure than ever before—and yet, we were born for this. We were placed on this earth at this time for a purpose.
It’s certainly not going to be easy but we don’t have to do it alone. There is help.
My story led me into being a coach today
I feel such a passion for helping women and their youth because I remember my adolescence being the most transformational time in my life. When I was 14, I joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I knew that my life was at a hinge point. I was trying to figure out what to do with my life and what values I was going to stand for. This was also the time where I suffered from teen depression and major mental health issues. I thankfully sought professional help through a therapist and learned invaluable tools alongside my faith. I learned that ultimately Jesus Christ is the answer and you can’t leave him out of any healing.
After receiving my journalism degree from BYU and a minor in family life, I felt connected to storytelling and to the importance of family values. After I graduated, I never really found a job that was exactly what I wanted, but I did start a social media account to keep telling stories centered on on faith and family. That account grew into @SheSharesGoodness and I felt a deeper prompting to share more about the intersection of faith, family, and science—where eternal truths meet research on resilience, flourishing, and emotional well-being.
After a time, I realized that I wanted to help others learn what I learned for myself. I became a certified family life coach and a certified brain health trainer. I truly believe that with science-backed tools centered in Jesus Christ, we truly can become resilient and mentally strong.
I want to help women and their children build a stronger mind, a stronger home, and a stronger faith.
